Our Rules and regulations
These Rules and regulations apply to you when you enroll into Academy of Excellence, Please read these terms carefully before enrolling into the course..
Enrollment
After selecting the course, we will provide you a two days free trail class. After taking that free trail class if you are agreed to continue for the regular classes, you have to pay the fee in advance.
To apply for any of the course, fill up the enrollment form available at our offices in your own hand writing and also attach required documents with the form.
The admission will be on basis of board examination percentage/admission cum scholarship test.
The available seats are limited and will be filled in first come first serve basis.
Fee and Methods of payment
- Fees and deposits can be paid by online mode, cheque or as cash directly in the bank.
- For future installments, PDCs (Postdated cheques) has to be deposited at the time of admission.

If at any point of time, the Indian Government increases GST, (existing rate of service tax is 18.00%) The extra amount of service tax will be borne by the students from the date of enforcement of the act by the Government.
If any student does not pay the fee on the due date (5th day of the month or is defaulter in the fee payment, he/she shall be fined Rs 10 per day per subject, and he/she shall be stopped from attending the classes after a week. It is therefore, in the interest of the parents & students that they should deposit the fee on the due dates mentioned.
Fee will be charged on annual basis even for absent sessions also.
If student name is struck-off due to non-payment of fee for more than 3 weeks from the due date, the student shall have to pay Rs. 500/- extra for re-admission.
After depositing money towards registration, if a student due to any reason whatsoever wants to take his/her money back after the enrollment, the Institute will not refund or adjust the money deposited.
Student Conduct and Discipline
Mobile phone/I-pod/Laptop is not allowed in the class. Even we advise parents to provide mobile phones to the students at their home for 2 hour in a day for study purpose in their observation only.
Mobile phones are permitted in academy campus only on the day of Mock test (conducted via online mode). for that parents must check notification for the same on our official mobile App.
We'll provide study material, practice test, notifications, assignments, class test everything through our app; so it's responsibility of each student to install app in their/parent's mobile phone.
Our time bound assignments need to be submitted on time; if students fail to do so then this'll be considered as irresponsibility.
Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to recognize that other students may require support and assistance.
All students are required to carry the identity card and wear around their neck which they are bound to produce on demand.
We adopt a zero tolerance policy to students under the influence of substances such as illegal drugs, alcohol and tobacco.
In the event of proven criminal offence or flagrant misconduct or unsatisfactory attendance, the Academy reserves the right to expel any student or to refuse admission to any student. In these circumstances, no refund will be given.
Students have to pay for any damage they cause on the Academy premises.
Students are not allowed to: sit in the stairs, go on the roof, run in the campus and classrooms, fight, or make noise in the class.
Students which don’t want to study or sit quietly in the academy are requested to come only 5 minutes before the class.
Students can’t move benches from their places.
Students should complete all homework given to them on time and should reach the Academy campus 5 minutes before the class starts.
Students are not allowed to sit in the academy if they bunked their school.
For drinking water all the students must have their personal water bottles along with them. we'll not provide glass for drinking water.
Students can’t bring any person from outside in the Academy campus without permission.
If any student found guilty or suspected to be guilty then he/she’ll get one warning (only in case of suspect) and if he/she will continue the same then he/she will be rusticated (suspended) from the academy without any prior notice, explanation, and proof. In such cases academy is not answerable to students and their parents.
If the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Institute, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, student may be expelled from the Institute. The decision of the Director in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent and no refund will be given in such case.
In case if any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of the Academy of Excellence Classes, the student can be rusticated from the Institute. The decision of the Director in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
In case of any dispute, the decision of the Managing Director, Academy of Excellence is final and binding on all faculty members, students & business associates. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Phillaur Court.
Attendance
Attendance will be marked in each class and message will be delivered on parents mobile number in case of absence of the student.
You are expected to attend classes regularly. You are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival at the start of the class is disruptive to the class as a whole and you will not be allowed to the class if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.
It’s necessary to take prior permission from the director in case of expected holidays and you’ll be provided with holidays as per rules.
Holiday from the Academy without notice will be punishable. Students have to pay 50 Rs per day or 30 Rs per Class.
Time Table
Academy of Excellence reserves its right to make any alteration in its programs/venue /timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Managing Director will be final & binding on the students & the parents.
Parents can discuss the progress of their wards every month by prior appointment.
Time Table
Both online as well as offline test facility is available. Offline test to prepare students for their board exams and to teach them how to present answers in the exams. Online tests to judge knowledge of the student and prepare them for entrance examinations.
For offline test academy will provide answer sheets of standard size as per guidelines of board without any extra charges.
For offline test (3-4 per subject per week) will be conducted on mobile phones via app at home in the supervision of parents and at academy campus (once in week in the supervision of Academy staff.
Public Holidays
There are classes on public holidays. Students will receive a reminder when there is no class is scheduled on a public holiday.

Liability
The Academy, its employees and representatives accept no responsibility for any loss of or damage to personal belongings or property of the student, or for any personal injury to or death of a student occurring on the Academy premises because of reasons beyond control or any natural calamity of any type (earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc).
Complaints
All complaints must be made as soon as possible and given in writing. The Academy does not accept complaints received after the student has left the Academy
General
The Academy reserves the right to cancel a course. If we do so, we will offer a refund of that month. The Academy reserves the right to change teachers at any time during the course. The Academy reserves the right to alter fees without prior notice.
Parents can discuss the progress of their wards every month by taking prior appointment.
Copyright
The Academy reserves the right and retains copyright to all promotional photographs, which may be taken of students on its premises or while institutional visits. The Academy will obtain permission from the student before taking photographs, and the student has the right not to be photographed.
No personal details of students will be passed to third parties, except the appropriate authorities, without prior consent.
